New Email for Ticket Inquiries!

TTOK now has a dedicated email address for all ticketing inquiries: ticketing@ttok.ca.

If you encounter any issues while navigating online ticketing platforms, need to request a refund, or have any other ticket-related questions, we kindly request that you direct them to this email. We greatly appreciate our close-knit community of friends, but please refrain from reaching out to the artists directly with your ticketing queries. They are busy preparing for their upcoming shows. Our front-of-house staff is readily available to assist you and possess a more comprehensive understanding of the ticketing process, including information on ticket availability and waitlists.

Masking Policy Update

Our foremost concern at the theater has always been to create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone, including our audiences, staff, and artists. As we transition into the fall season, we acknowledge the heightened risk of respiratory illnesses. Therefore, we’ve decided to modify our masking policy, allowing artists to decide whether they prefer the audience to wear masks or not during their performances. Our stance on audience masking may evolve in the coming months, and we retain the flexibility to make necessary adjustments. When enacted; if you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you free of charge.

Coming soon!

There is a lot of great programming coming up in October straight through to December: the return of The Creepy Doll Museum, new shows from Adam Martignetti, Tobias Bernstein, Kelsey Powell and an exciting murder mystery dance party (?!) from the creative of mind of local DJ Purdon. Stay tuned for more information about those events next month.
