The Theatre on King is happy to welcome Don Masters back. This time with his new workshop: Two Day On Camera Acting Intensive.
A lot can happen in two days! That’s the game plan for this Acting Intensive.
Day One, we will be breaking down the basics of acting, the psychology of acting, ramping up a scene, other acting fundamentals, scene study, script analysis, making your choices, with some Improv and other acting exercises. We will also cover basic professionalism within our industry. All registered actors will receive scenes to study prior to the weekend via email.
Day Two, will be broken down by performing different scenes and breaking down characters to see and find our motivation, learning to leave your Ego out of the performance. You will get on camera coaching, suggestions and direction, practice acting with a scene partner and not for the camera, and finally auditioning your prepared scene. A DVD copy of your work will be made available to you at a later date.
