Frankie Drake Mysteries: The West Wind. For fans of the hit CBC TV show, this spec episode is not only an homage to the show itself but also to Tom Thomson, Canadian painter, who drowned in Algonquin Park in 1917. Synopsis: It’s Canada in the brand-new roaring-20s, and female sleuths Drake Detectives are hired to uncover new facts in the cold case of artist, Tom Thomson. When their Algonquin Park investigation interrupts the criminal activities of an Armenian-American crime family, they race to find clues, witnesses, and proof. The case leads back to Toronto, where they risk their lives to prevent more murders, including their own.

She-Devils: Episode 1, The Mobius Trip. This original spec script will hopefully become the jumping off point for a whole new series. Synopsis: Belle Wilde is a brilliant young woman of small-town Ontario at the dawn of the twentieth century who fights to save both her murdered fiancée and all of time and the multi-verse. She enlists women from throughout history, warriors and intellects alike, applying their skills and experiences on her ship, The Mobius, in the war for the continued existence of the multi-verse.
